Products are eligible for return or replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects or physical damage received at delivery. Returns for reasons of incorrect customer selection are generally not accepted.

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

    • Returns are not accepted for incorrect product selection by the customer.

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
