Return Policy
- Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
- Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions.
- No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
- Return Policy is applicable but with 15% restocking fees. Customer will get replacement in case of faulty product received by customer, if in case customer wants to return the product it will attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value). Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will also be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).
- In case of order cancelled by customer after making payment or order is got confirmed, then there will be 2.5% cancellation charges will be deducted.
- Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
- In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.
- Return Policy is valid within 7 days of the date of delievery.
- Product Condition that we accept for Return should be unopened & in original packaging or have never been used.
- Return method is by Post, In Store, At Drop off Location.
- Return Label will have to be pasted by the Customer on the product if it is defective and is sent by Courier in case of pickup is not available.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after the product is received & inspection is done at our warehouse.
